We want you to be extremely happy with your Jekai purchase.
Jekai is NOT required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect sizing or selection. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description.
In the case where a refund is requested you will be offered the option to exchange or for us to issue store credit (for the cost of the items returning is the sole responsibility of the customer).

*NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
*READ CAREFULLY ALL SIZING OPTIONS ARE STATED, SLIGHT COLOUR DIFFERENCES MAY APPEAR
BASED ON PRINTING BATCHES.

Returns can be made within 8 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in:

Their original condition
With original tags
Unworn
Unwashed
Unscented
Accompanied by the original Jekai receipt and all/any swing tags


If the item you wish to exchange is currently not in stock, we will happily issue you a credit note. The credit note has a 12-month expiry from the date of issue.

If you would like to return an item/s please follow the steps listed below:
-Please email to the option, contact us, with your order #, name and the product name/size you wish to exchange for, and we send you the instructions to follow.
